These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IGEM/UP/1B Edition 4 Tightness Test Calculator ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is intended for use by Gas Safe registered engineers and other suitably qualified professionals. You are responsible for ensuring you are competent to carry out any test the Service assists with.
Accounts are issued by an administrator. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may not share accounts with other individuals.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable prior notice.
The Service performs calculations based on IGEM/UP/1B Edition 4 and the data you enter. It is a decision-support tool only. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of inputs, interpretation of results, safe isolation, and any pass/fail determination on site. We do not warrant that results are free from error and accept no liability for gas installation work carried out in reliance on the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use the Service in a way that could damage or impair it.
All rights in the Service, including software, design, and branding, remain with us. You retain ownership of records, PDFs, and other content you generate.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
